Youth Take the World Stage!

Outside the Frame youth films will be screening in an international art exhibition, “Transitions and Transformations: the Constant Flux of our Personal Structures” in Venice, Italy!

The exhibit is curated by Geraldine Ondrizek of Reed College and hosted by the European Cultural Centre during the Venice Biennale!

About

“The biennial contemporary art exhibition will invite nearly 200 artists from all over the world who will convene in the city of Venice to explore, express and share their thoughts on the concept of ‘reflections’, the selected theme of this year’s edition. As envisioned by European Cultural Center curatorial team, the act of reflecting carries the potential to foresee possibilities and the responsibility of imagining a better future.” - European Cultural Centre

“The United States is hammered by a severe housing crisis, which has exhausted public patience, making compassionate, thoughtful dialogue and policy increasingly difficult,” said Executive Director Nili Yosha. “These films and music videos help illustrate these issues and elevate youth voices.”

This work will be shown in Part I: April 23 - July 25. This work was made possible through donor support of Outside the Frame and a grant from Reed College.
