Throughout the year Outside the Frame will hire new peer mentor professionals working in all sectors and jobs of our Oregon Digital Media Industry.

We have all benefited from the help and guidance of others to further our careers - this is an opportunity to support our next-gen of Portland creatives by becoming an OTF Mentor.

Mentors:

  • Host monthly, one-on-one meet-ups with your Mentee 

  • Attend Quarterly check-ins with OTF Film Career Coordinator Maria Moreno

  • Attend Quarterly Networking events with your Mentee

For folks looking to explore a career in film & digital media: We offer a variety of training sessions, networking events, and mentorship programs. We also offer paid production assistant opportunities on film sets through the Oregon Media Pathways program.
